- Free shipping for orders above 399 via Aramex or Lamha, and for all home delivery options.
- Free shipping for orders above 199 via RedBox.
Riyadh Region
- Delivery time: 24 business hours
- Shipping fees: 19 for home delivery, 10 for RedBox pickup.
- Cash on Delivery fee: 10
Other Cities in Saudi Arabia
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days via Aramex.
- Shipping fees: 20 for home delivery, 10 for RedBox pickup.
- Cash on Delivery fee: 10
Note: The shipping address or destination city cannot be changed once the order status becomes “Shipped”.
International Shipping
- Shipping fees vary by country.
- Orders are shipped via Aramex or DHL.
- Delivery time: 2–7 business days.
- Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery in the destination country.
How to Track Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking number sent to you via email or SMS after shipment, through the selected courier’s website.
